Overview

With the rapid growth of telehealth over the last few years, front-line telehealth nurses raised the need for team specific quality metrics. Discussion includes our efforts to define quality in the telehealth nursing setting, strategies and best practices for implementation of a nursing quality assurance tool, and the benefits, barriers, and lessons learned in the development and implementation of a quality assurance program for telehealth nurses.
