311 - Improving the Patient Experience in an Ambulatory Care Setting

This session explores and demonstrates methods of building a patient experience improvement program that can result in positive changes across departments and job fields. These changes can vastly elevate survey scores, improve overall satisfaction of patients and families, and enhance morale among nurses and other employees.
