Overview

This session provides an overview of the development of a competency-based curriculum for new BSN/RN graduates and practicing RNs who seek to transition practice from acute care into primary care settings, as well as strategies to support partner agencies to promote, measure, and articulate the value of RN-led care in primary care settings.
