Though the final toll of COVID-19 is unknown at this time, the use and implementation of technology, telehealth, and nursing in the care of patients with COVID-19 is paramount. The nurse’s ability to assess, connect, intervene, and support patients during the unprecedented uncertainty of COVID-19 speaks volumes to the contributions and value of nursing.
