Attend this session to learn the results from a national survey on nursing professional development in ambulatory care. Learn how nursing professional development practitioners contribute to quality in ambulatory care through their work in onboarding/orientation, competency management, education, role transitions, collaborative partnerships, and research/evidence-based practice/quality management.
