The COVID-19 pandemic has provided nurse leaders with many new challenges. Nurse leader stressors are unique and include issues related to time management, burn-out, and overall well-being. This presentation addresses the challenges nurse leaders have faced during the pandemic and shares specific strategies for managing stress and burnout and improving well-being.
