In this presentation, we aim to share the collective efforts of the Nurse-Sensitive Indicator (NSI) and Care Coordination and Transition Management (CCTM) Special Interest Groups (SIGs) to highlight the AAACN resources to provide actionable steps to address the gaps in defining and measuring the RN practice in ambulatory care.
