In this webinar, we will discover how national standards for Culturally & Linguistically Appropriate Services inform how to effectively utilize language access services for your patients and colleagues. Learn about laws and regulations that govern language access services and receive practical tips on working effectively with an interpreter and building resources at your organization.

Learning Outcome:
At the conclusion of this activity, the learner will be able to understand national standards of CLAS and the different types of language access services that should be available to those serving patients with Limited English Proficiency.
