This session offers attendees the opportunity to hear case studies that allowed the development of an NSI, including awareness of how the teams knew to construct the NSI and tools nurses and their teammates used, created, and found to guide their work. Emphasis includes the process of monitoring and measuring at least one factor that allows for internal and/or benchmarking.
