Pediatric SIG - Education Strategies for the 21st Century in Pediatric Ambulatory Care

Simulation and technology-enhanced education is an increasingly utilized approach to education in pediatric nursing. Simulation training is a frequent topic of interest posed in the AAACN Pediatric SIG. As a result, the Pediatric SIG Advisory group has curated a session to present the structure of one pediatric health system’s ambulatory care education and simulation education team, followed by a second organization’s presentation of their approach to and success using simulation-based escape room education.

Requirements for Successful Completion: Complete the learning activity in its entirety and complete the online nursing continuing professional development (NCPD) evaluation. You will be able to print your NCPD certificate at any time after you complete the evaluation.
