Quality Metrics Measured for Telehealth Practice

This session discusses standardized telephone practice and documentation in a large medical system for ambulatory nursing care, including a review of outcome process measures with utilization of the specified electronic form and documentation compliance of authorization, patient response to education, care plan, and references.
