In these short rapid-fire presentations, multiple speakers highlight approaches to managing issues related to telehealth in the practice environment. Presentations featured are "Changing the Triage Workflow for Heart Failure Patients to Avoid Unnecessary ED Visits and Admissions" presented by Kim Trost, BSN, RN, NE-BC and Michelle Medina-Smuck, MSN, RN, NPD-BC; and "Virtual Care: A Renewed Strategy for Pediatric Acute Ambulatory Care Services" presented by Emily Chapman, Master of Advanced Nursing, Bachelor of Nursing.
