Recap Part 1 - Care Management and Clinical Practice

This presentation touches on several areas of test content, including plan of care and care management, interpersonal skills and customer service, clinical practice, telehealth and telephone triage, medication management and education. Attendees will move forward in their grasp of knowledge in these areas and move toward taking the exam in ambulatory certification.
