Staff Registered Nurse Role Effectiveness in the Ambulatory Care Setting

This session shares information from a study done to describe ambulatory staff RN role structures, activities, and self-reported outcomes. We share the data process used involving staff RN years of experience, education, daily number of walk-in patients, and message management and the outcomes reached.
