Standardizing Post-Fall Event Root Cause Analysis

Avoiding patient falls involves being able to learn from each event. Implementing a standardized root-cause-analysis across ambulatory care practices assists in learning how to reduce investigations and offers clinical staff a better understanding of the causes of patient falls.
