Team STEPPS Implementation in Ambulatory

This session defines and describes Team Stepps as a strategy to improve teamwork and communication in ambulatory care settings. Participants learn how to do site readiness assessment for Team Stepps implementation, develop and customize Team Stepps curricula for their organization, and develop a rollout strategy for a successful implementation. Participants are also given post-implementation evaluation techniques to evaluate the effectiveness of Team Stepps in their organization.
