Telehealth Manager's Toolkit
This session explores the importance of telehealth in nursing practice and utilization for every phone call, every time. We discuss the importance of interviews and hiring in providing effective quality telehealth care and share the content and value of the Telehealth Manager’s toolkit to provide tools and resources for enhanced quality of care.
