Registered nurses and medical assistants play a key role in promoting vaccination in communities. The presenter discusses the importance of a team-based approach, the need for accuracy, and the use of best practices to capture vaccination information. You’ll also hear about the role that RNs, MAs, and providers play in educating patients and families.
