Description:

The ability to be flexible and adaptive is a necessary function to operate in a practice environment with increasing demands and changing priorities. Join us for this Town Hall session as we explore issues and strategies related to developing resiliency for med-surg nurses to decrease stressors, increase well-being, and ensure a healthy practice environment.
