This session addresses the expansion of telehealth nursing to meet needs during COVID-19. Topics of discussion include the use of remote monitoring of patients, chatbots for online chat conversations, virtual visits, pandemic crisis lines, and personalized care strategies for patients, as well as an exploration of how to drive efficiencies in telephone triage.
