I started multidisciplinary unit based council in our home health agency 5 years ago. It has been very educational and non RN staff participation has been invaluable.

This is a great way to help each part of the team feel like a valuable contributor. It also helps the team see how each part of the team intertwines and impacts the other parts. Great job!
