Most of the places I have worked have had an already-established Professional Practice process, a few didn't. I imagine how complex and complicated it must be to implement this process, and I applaud you/your company for accomplishing this. I really do appreciate working for a company that offers a process similar to this and it is rewarding to the professional nurse to have the support and connection with other professionals.
