Development and Evaluation of a Telemedicine Program to Improve Care Coordination Among Medically Complex Pediatric Patients

This session describes the development and implementation of a video visit program for care coordination for medically complex children. In addition, the usefulness and acceptance of the video technology by the parents are discussed.
