This session provides an innovative opportunity for AAACN members to explore a new leadership path as defined in the book "Start with Why: How Great Leaders Inspire Everyone to Take Action" by Simon Sinek. A panel of experienced AAACN nursing leaders and members of the Leadership SIG Advisory Committee from across the country discuss key takeaways and how to incorporate them into practice.
