Transforming Ambulatory Care Clinical Staff Orientation through a Tiered Skills Acquisition Model

This session shares efforts to create, standardize, implement, and evaluate a tiered skills acquisition model for medical assistant, licensed practical nurse, and registered nurse onboarding into ambulatory care clinics.
