Leadership in a new era of work is defined by adaptation, flexibility, innovation and creativity. Modern leaders must be both inclusive and responsive to the needs of those they lead and the communities they serve. But most importantly, they must be true and authentic to themselves. Lachandra will share stories about her own journey of self-love, empowerment, and courage, as well as strategies to help you become more confident in being exactly the person and leader you need to be.
