Britt Gnilka is the clinical director of complex care solutions. In this role, she supports case management, population health, and value-based care for the Sentara Ambulatory Services Division in Virginia and Northeastern North Carolina. In this role, Britt serves in a dyad partnership with operational leaders to develop, implement, operate, and evaluate clinical care models that improve health, quality, safety, and utilization by SASD patients, with special emphasis on patients in value-based care programs. As a graduate of the George Washington University DNP program in the field of executive leadership with more than 17 years’ experience in healthcare, Britt continues to strive to be a trusted partner in health and well-being for all Sentara patients.
