Julia Ann Norem MS, RN
Julia Norem is currently the Population Health Project Manager at Rockford Health Physicians, Rockford, Illinois. Her prior roles include: Clinical Director at a large FQHC, Assistant Professor of Nursing, and Public Health Clinical Director where she established a partnership with a large FQHC to expand primary-care. She is a graduate of the prestigious Robert Wood Johnson Executive Nurse Fellowship program.
Julia has served in a consultant role for the University of Illinois, College of Medicine, working to establish the Center for Rural Health and for President Jimmy Carter’s foundation working in Ethiopia, Africa, establishing and assessing public health clinics. Medical mission work has taken her to Peru and Cuba.
