Examine numerous national immunization errors and identify their causes. Project use of human factor approaches, discrete event simulations, and other technologies that influenced error reduction are discussed. Attendees will learn best-practice clinical workflows and safety strategies developed for error reduction and implementation at most healthcare facilities.
