This session discusses an innovative study that explores nurse perceptions of leadership behaviors and outcomes in primary care in the United States. By understanding primary care nurses’ perceptions of their leader and the influence of individual and clinic characteristics on their perceptions, we can better support nurses regardless of personal attributes or clinic structure.
