Dr. Traci Solt has more than 24 years’ experience as an RN and has served in a supervisory role for 18 years. She is currently a member of the Nurse Executive Leadership Board (NELB), and as ADPCS and interim medical center director served on the VISN Executive Leadership Board. Through committee leadership and membership, she was a nursing and patient advocate and catalyst working with interprofessional teams to promote VA and VHA goals to deliver excellent patient care. As the chief nurse for ambulatory care and DLO, she served in dual leadership roles representing education and clinical administration for cross-functional teams to implement PACT initiatives in primary care. Through lean six sigma principles, she led improvement groups in clinical and administrative processes at the local and national levels.
