Teresa Anderson EdD, MSN, RN, NE-BC

Teresa (Terry) Anderson is the owner and clinical content specialist at Oculi Data. As a nurse for 42 years, Terry has experience in academic education, staff development, advanced practice, nursing leadership, and quality performance improvement, including nurse sensitive indicators. With a background as a Magnet program director for a large hospital system and 18 years as a national consultant, she assists staff in identifying and navigating the economic, political, and philosophical barriers encountered within their organizations as practice culture changes occur. She has worked with over 200 hospitals and has assisted over 95 facilities to become Magnet designated or redesignated.
