Leigh Hubbard MS, RN

Leigh Hubbard is the Magnet program manager at The Miriam Hospital in Providence, Rhode Island. She is also the president of the Rhode Island chapter of the American Nurses Association and a strategic research design fellow with the Rhode Island School of Design. For 20 years, Leigh has led teams in a variety of healthcare settings, including ambulatory and outpatient surgical care. She believes in the power of inspirational and accountable leadership and developing safety within the team to improve staff retention and patient experience and outcomes.
