Cecilia currently serves in the capacity of Ambulatory Care Director for Kelsey Seybold Clinic, a 355 physician, independently owned multi-specialty group practice. Cecilia's specific responsibility includes management oversight of eight clinic locations with over one hundred practicing physicians and three hundred employees. In addition, Cecilia is also responsible for after hours triage program.
Cecilia has coupled her clinical knowledge and administrative experience to support substantial cost savings, and implementation and growth of various programs such as : Advanced Access, automated confirmations, more efficient staffing model, automated test results, designed and opened 24 hour nurse triage, developed manual tracking system for test results, and utilization of unlicensed personnel in the clinical team.
