Donna Furlong MSN, NEA-BC, RN-BC

Donna Furlong is a Clinical Services Senior Director for Banner Medical Group in Phoenix, Arizona. She has worked in a variety of ambulatory health care settings, including a FQHC system, County Health Services District, and a non-profit integrated healthcare system. Donna has taught immunization practice courses throughout Arizona and in Colorado and has spoken at the Arizona Department of Health Services Annual Immunization Conference for the last 3 years. Donna is an active member of the steering committee for the Arizona Partnership for Immunizations and current Chair of AAACN’s Legislative Team. In 2014 Donna was awarded the Hot Shot Award by the Arizona Partnership for Immunizations for her work to improve immunization uptake in her facility and in 2018 she was awarded the Andie Denius Big Shot Award for her commitment to providing education and improving immunization practices in Arizona.
