Reviewed the Warfarin Reversal Guidelines for my organization. The management of super therapeutic INRs follows an algorithm based on the metric of the INR and the symptoms of the patient. Depending on the value of the INR the algorithm will determine which treatment will be provided to the patient. This algorithm is based numerous credible research studies that are peer reviewed. They are provided for review in the protocol.
