Christine Snead RN

Christine Snead, Erin Kane, and Ashley Collinsworth worked very closely together throughout the diabetes equity project. Christine Snead was the program manager for the project. She coordinated the development of the protocols, created and managed the team, and implemented the project at the clinic sites.  Erin Kane, the medical director, helped maintain the clinical training for the staff and reviewed the protocols.  Ashley led the grant writing and research team to evaluate the effectiveness of the intervention. Ashley has written several manuscripts describing the diabetes equity project.
