
Frank Purcell BS
Frank Purcell, President of Cardinal Waypoint LLC, brings nearly 30 years of experience and advocacy results, as well as association management and leadership expertise, to AAACN. From serving in communications, legislative and chief of staff roles on Capitol Hill, to heading the Washington office and then as CEO of major associations of advanced practice registered nurses, Frank brings a nursing-focused perspective to advocacy professional development, and serves as legislative consultant to the Academy of Medical-Surgical Nurses. Based in Alexandria, Virginia, near the nation’s capital, Frank served as a longtime lecturer to the George Mason University Health Policy Institute and is a member of the American Society of Association Executives.
