Kelly Hartwick is an Academic Practice Partnership Coordinator and instructor of nursing at the University of Southern Indiana in Evansville, Indiana. She has over 20 years of health care experience, working several years as an ambulatory care nurse. She has taught in academia for 12 years, and in the past year, she joined forces with a team of faculty members and a rural health community to provide primary care clinical experiences to undergraduate nursing students while promoting full licensure practice to the participating RNs.
