RN Care Manager, Veterans Integrated Services Network
Laralee Edsall has been a registered nurse for 17 years and is an RN care manager (RNCM) for the Veterans Integrated Services Networks (VISNs) 20. She has an MSN degree and is board-certified in ambulatory care nursing. She started her nursing career in a very rural emergency room in Salmon, Idaho, where she worked for seven years before accepting the position at the Salmon VA Clinic in 2012. In 2020, Laralee was hired as a virtual PACT RNCM for the clinical resource hub in VISN 20. She successfully piloted the role of virtual gap RNCM for the CRH in late 2020. She continues to work from home providing care management as a CRH PACT nurse where needed throughout VISN 20's Northwest network sites.
