Rebecca Spee RN

Rebecca Spee is a nurse manager on a gastroenterology and general medicine floor at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota. Prior to her current role in leadership, her background was focused on pediatrics, working in the pediatric ICU, and as a care coordinator in pediatric endocrinology. During her time as a care coordinator, her main focus was caring for gender-diverse pediatric patients. Rebecca has completed her Silver Mayo Clinic Quality Fellow certification and received academic appointment as an instructor of nursing through the Mayo Clinic College of Medicine and Science. She has presented educational content within the Mayo Clinic and externally. She is involved in unit and division committees and projects.
