Shirley Gay is Clinical Director of Ambulatory Care and Eye Care at The Ottawa Hospital (TOH). She has spent the past 25 years employed as a Clinical Director of Ambulatory Care Services. Eleven years were spent in a small community hospital and the past twelve years at The Ottawa Hospital, one of the largest Academic Health Science Centres in Canada. Her area of expertise is in Ambulatory Care. Shirley was Co-Chair, with Dr. Ginette Lemire Rodgers, of the TOH Model of Nursing Clinical Practice Committee (MONCP) and the Interprofessional Model of Patient Care (IPMPC).
