Leadership SIG - The Return on Investment for Ambulatory Care Nursing: A Conversation Regarding the Business Case for Nursing Leadership Infrastructure

This presentation provides the business case for nursing leadership infrastructure in ambulatory care. Nursing leaders who have successfully developed leadership infrastructure and demonstrated a return on investment share their experience and lessons learned. The presentation concludes with a panel discussion of the top questions submitted by the AAACN Leadership SIG Community.
