This presentation provides the business case for nursing leadership infrastructure in ambulatory care. Nursing leaders who have successfully developed leadership infrastructure and demonstrated a return on investment share their experience and lessons learned. The presentation concludes with a panel discussion of the top questions submitted by the AAACN Leadership SIG Community.
