Strength in Numbers to Meet Cultural Change – Creating an Interprofessional Continuing Education Process

This session discusses the development of an interprofessional continuing education (IPCE) process among physicians, nurses, and other key players using the LEAN methodology. The session includes a focus on cultural change, the differences in people, and the processes that make IPCE challenging yet rewarding.
