Telehealth nursing is an exciting subspecialty within ambulatory care nursing. The Telehealth Nursing Practice (TNP) SIG supports continuing nursing education, offers networking opportunities, and encourages research in the field. 

Learning Objectives:

  • Verbalize the purpose of the Telehealth Special Interest Group (SIG).
  • Identify the components of the Telehealth Manager toolkit and apply it to workplace.
  • Identify two ways to enhance call center business.
