The World Health Organization (WHO) terms "active ageing" as the process of optimizing opportunities for health, participation, and security to enhance quality of life as people age. This session discusses how the ambulatory nurses of the National University Health System (NUHS) of Singapore are contributing to local and national programs to promote active ageing.
