Storytelling is important. When we use stories, we connect with each other. Health care, which naturally lends itself to the art of storytelling, is in particular filled with stories. This session demonstrates the importance of storytelling as a powerful communication tool in the health care environment and provides resources and discussion on the amazing personal and professional outcomes that can result from its practice.
