This session reviews the experience of one healthcare facility addressing how ambulatory care teams need to be positioned to operate efficiently and function effectively in their everyday work environments and the focus on clinical leadership is more critical than ever before to meet the needs of the patient population.

On slide #19, "Clinical Leadership roles will be responsible for the oversight of all clinical staff (shift away from clinical to non‐clinical reporting relationships at the local level)", it sounded like the shift was not away from clinical but towards a more clinical oversight responsibility. Is the segment in the parenthesis an error? Thanks so much. Maureen
