This session discusses the implementation of a digital remote patient monitoring program to track symptoms, temperature, and oxygen saturation for fourteen days after discharge using EPIC’s care companion module to make discharges safer for COVID-19-positive patients, ensure lower risk of COVID-19-positive patients, and reduce length of and patient and provider worry.

excellent program and I can see how this can be an example to use for other chronic illness monitoring (COPD, CHF, etc). I think this is a great way to help keep close monitoring of COVID pt's

Such an amazing program!! This would be a great tool to follow DM, CHF, COPD, etc patients as you mentioned. I am definitely interested in learning more about this and if this will work within our system. Thank you!
