This session discusses the implementation of a digital remote patient monitoring program to track symptoms, temperature, and oxygen saturation for fourteen days after discharge using EPIC’s care companion module to make discharges safer for COVID-19-positive patients, ensure lower risk of COVID-19-positive patients, and reduce length of and patient and provider worry.
