This session explores how a virtual nurse team can be effective in providing patient support through assessment and triage and serve as a model for telehealth programs in primary and specialty (ambulatory) care.

Nice presentation regarding telephonic nursing processes. Would enjoy learning how this program is progressing, and if there are any initiatives for expanding to include interactive virtual nursing encounters.
